You can assign tasks to one or more users from the Tasks application view page.
To assign tasks to other users:
In the Tasks application view page, select a task list in the navigation tree.
Select a task in the table pane.
Click in the
Assign Tasks button, and, from the drop-down
menu, select To Others.
The Choose Users dialog box appears.
Choose one or more users.
Click Finish.
You are returned to the Tasks application view page.
