Assigning Tasks to Other Users

You can assign tasks to one or more users from the Tasks application view page.

To assign tasks to other users:

  1. In the Tasks application view page, select a task list in the navigation tree.

  2. Select a task in the table pane.

  3. Click in the  Assign Tasks button, and, from the drop-down menu, select To Others.
    The Choose Users dialog box appears.

  4. Choose one or more users.

  5. Click Finish.
    You are returned to the Tasks application view page.
