Notification email format |
Select HTML or Plain Text to define the presentation of notification emails that are sent to you. The Plain Text setting is useful for working with notification emails on hand-held devices. |
Summary email frequency |
Select if you want to receive summary notification emails on an hourly or daily basis. Notification emails sent on an hourly basis are sent on the hour starting at midnight; notification emails sent on a daily basis are sent at midnight on the scheduled day. |
Personal feed |
Click Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the link to your personal RSS feed to your clipboard. You can then paste the link into an RSS reader to view your personal RSS feed. |
When you are subscribed to an Oracle WebCenter Collaboration object and a notification event occurs on that object, the system sends you a notification email informing you about the event. For a list of notification events and Oracle WebCenter Collaboration objects that you can be subscribed to, see About Notification Events. When you are subscribed to the RSS feed for an Oracle WebCenter Collaboration object and a notification event occurs on that object, your personal RSS feed will be updated. For more information about RSS feeds, see About RSS Feeds.
Expand the tree to view each of your subscriptions. In the tree, subscriptions are grouped by subscription type such as Project Level Events, Document Folders, and so on. When you expand a subscription type, you can view details about the notification events that trigger notification emails and the project that includes the object that you are subscribed to. Additionally, you can choose whether you want to receive immediate notification of events, receive summary notification of all messages for the day, add the RSS feed to your personal feed, or receive all types of notification. To delete a subscription, clear the Immediate, Summary, and RSS check boxes for the subscription.
Click Finish after you have configured the following:
