Attaching Discussions to an Event

You can attach one or more discussion to an event. Before you do so, you need to have created the discussions in Oracle WebCenter Collaboration so you can select them.

To attach a discussion to an event:

  1. Click on an event within the calendar.
    The Event Details dialog box appears.

  2. Click Attach Discussions.
    The Choose Discussions dialog box appears.

  3. Choose one or more discussions that you want to attach to the event.

  4. Click Finish in the Choose Discussions dialog box.
    You are returned to the Event Details dialog box.

  5. Click Close in the Event Details dialog box.
    You are returned to the calendar.
